FRANK OYORHIGHO – MD / CEO PRIMEX BACKGROUND CHECK LTD
Frank is a highly resourceful and remarkable professional. A veteran in corporate communications and background checks terrain with over 12 years of top flight experience. He began his extensive work experience with the Yobe State Government Ministry of Information (Council for Arts and Culture), from 2001 – 2002. Immediately after his National Youth Service Corp programme in that state. In 2002, the quest for greater challenges led him to delve into the advertising world with his appointment as Client Service Executive at Touchstone Limited, Lagos. While at Touchstone Limited, Frank was instrumental in growing key accounts while also helping to win new accounts for the organization. His portfolio at Touchstone included First Bank Plc, Former Gateway Bank, former Equity Bank, Wema Bank Plc Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Systems Specs Ltd and a host of other companies. During his three years at Touchstone Limited, (2001 – 2004), he became a Manager, Account Management Department and was later appointed Acting Head, Account Management department, before he was headhunted for another appointment at Background Check International; Nigeria’s pioneer background checks and Due Diligence company. At Background Check International (BCI); his next appointment after Touchstone, Frank worked for five years between 2004 and 2009, and left as a Senior Manager and Head of the Business Development/Marketing Department; in charge of blue-chips accounts including Exxon Mobil, Virgin Nigeria, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Citibank, First Bank Plc, former Bank PHB, 141 World Wide, MTN ((Project Fame), Bristow Helicopters amongst others. Frank later moved from BCI to Skye Bank Plc in 2009 as Head, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement where he was saddled with the responsibility for developing and applying internal communications strategy to engage internal stakeholders towards enhancing business results. His responsibility at Skye Bank also included formulation/enforcement of internal Communications Strategy/Guidelines to effect and support change. He monitored internal messages to ensure close alignment with the bank’s communications strategy and corporate focus. A consummate entrepreneur at heart, Frank later teamed up with other like-minded individuals with a passion for excellent service delivery to birth Primex Background Check Ltd and Primex Consulting where he is the Chief Executive Officer and saddled with the responsibility of driving the organization to achieve her aspirations. Frank has attended and equally facilitated series of Senior Management workshops/Seminars and training in the course of his career. He has had the privilege to speak in workshop/seminars organised by Nigeria Ports Authority, Skye Bank Plc, Bible Society of Nigeria, Helpwise Intergrated Services Ltd, Dannies Services Ltd, Monthly Business Seminar at The Redeemed Christian Church of God and a host of others too numerous to be mentioned here. Frank holds a BA (Theatre Arts; Delta State University) and a Diploma in Mass Communications from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi. Frank is a consummate philanthropist with a passion for empowering young people. He is married with three kids.
KOLADE AKINPELU – SENIOR CONSULTANT
A graduate of Mass Communication (Moshood Abiola Polytechnic; 2000), Kolade is a conscientious and diligent worker with a penchant for research- driven and pragmatic approach to problem solving. Before taking up the Primex Challenge, Kolade has had the good fortune of working teams that proferred effective brand management and marketing solutions to diverse clients in Nigeria’s financial and ICT sector including Intercontinental Bank Plc, Zenith Bank, Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Tecknokrat Limited, Systemspecs Ltd, and Axxessnet Technologies Ltd. He began his career in 2001 as a Management Trainee at MC Resources Consult from where he moved to Touchstone Limited and later left as Acting Head, Account Planning/Research Department. Kolade is a member of APCON and also a member of the Nigeria Association for Project Management. He has been a part of series of workshops including that of the Philips Business School (West Africa).
BAR.CHINYERE EWERENJI – LEGAL CONSULTANT / COMPANY SEC
Barrister Chinyere Ewerenji graduated from the University of Benin in 2006. She was called to the Bar in 2007. Chinyere is a highly efficient and competent legal practitioner. As the consultant company secretary/Lawyer, she is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of administrative processes & corporate governance are both promoted and maintained, so that the business operates efficiently & in accordance with all statutory and legal provisions. She is deeply experienced in facilitating meetings with company shareholders and the board of directors and acting as a point of communication between them. Chinyere is highly personable, with a deep knowledge of corporate regulatory and company rules. Excellent organizational skills, highly efficient and methodical with a good eye for details. Before joining the Primex team, Chinyere has worked Gbadebo Soetan Chambers, S.W Paide & Co and a host of other reputable legal firms.
NGOZI OMENKA – HEAD, MARKETING
Ngozi Omenka is a graduate of Marketing from the Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. Prior to her appointment at Primex, Ngozi was a supervisor in the marketing department of Infinity Microfinance Bank, Lagos. A dynamic professional with experience in business development, sales and marketing and key account management in banking and other retail sectors. She holds the credit of pioneering the marketing department of Primex and spearheaded the buildup of our clientele base. Ngozi is a proactive leader and planner with expertise in business planning, market plan execution, account management with skills in competitor and market analysis. An Out-of-the Box Thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues as demonstrated in the banking and other business sectors where she has worked before joining the Primex team.
